I've been with state farm for 10 years and when Judy Larson retired I got transfered to Jason's office, I'd haughty advise going to a different agent. Jason's office called me to set up a meet the new agent meeting and canceled 3 times, and while I'm at work I got called by the 2 times in a row and when my wife called to tell them to stop calling while I'm at work she was met with Jason giving her attitude and yelling at her. When I got on lunch break I called him to request a agent change he started yelling at me while I remained calm and I told him to either transfer me to another agent or I

Greg Spicer is amazing words honestly cannot say how amazing he has been in the short time we have been with State Farm. I was with a competitor for over 10 years and so glad I made the call. They have always gone above and beyond to help me throughout a very bad year. Personal, friendly and very quick to respond with solutions and information everytime I have had a need. We were given insurance with great service and fair prices! Greg Spicer went over and above to make sure we had all that we needed and for that we are grateful, little changes didn't throw him off and we were made to feel comfortable asking questions or to make additional requests. There was absolutely no pressure put on us and it was a positive experience! These guys now have our business!
