I've been eating at this restaurant for year's and always had a very good experience. The food and employees are great but today I placed a order over the phone and I had the worst experience ever. I was speaking to the owner/ manager of the establishment. He has been the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever spoke to. He is a sad individual and should not own a business if he can not professional. This business lost good customer's today!

Food is good but there’s not a whole lot to say about the old man waiter with 7 pens attached to his apron. He was MIA until it was time to deliver our check! And extremely attentive to collect our money! If it wasn’t for the young lady who was cleaning tables to take up the slack I would have given this review 2 stars!

Menudo had a great flavor, cooked well. The chile relleno and enchilada was delicious. Sauce was very tasty, not too spicy. They are super busy, we went about 9-10am, placing my name on the wait list to be seated. And this lady went in, and told the counter she was me, and took my reservation to be seated early. So, due to being very busy, keep checking on where you are on their waitlist to be seated.

Worst customer service! Restaurant is not the same anymore. I would usually dine in with my family, or friends. It’s just ran by a bunch of kids, so unprofessional, not trained at all. What happened to the best servers?? They never check up on us, they seem lazy. The owner is not doing a good job running his business, very unorganized.Food is good but service is horrible!!

In-N-Out hamburger is famous all over California and other states. There's no one that can beat their burgers fries shakes. One great positive thing I can take her in and out is that their workers worked very hard they are well-trained and respectful and we're always greeted with a smile and that's a positive note. If you haven't had an In and Out Burger I would suggest a double double combo is the best. Don't take my word for it try them out and you agree with me 100%. Great job to the management team and the employees and the owners of in and out hamburger

When we called to confirm they had dine in, the ladies on the phone where rude no customer skills at all. As we arrived, same thing, the greeter was rude with no customer skills at all. As if we came to beg for food...but we were hungry and my frind wanted to try this place...she made us wait for 15min outside, then 20min before bringing our food. HOWEVER, food was delicious, WORTH waiting for...
