My husband found a job in another state and we needed to sell our house quickly. Mitch was great to work with and helped us along the way. Although my husband was out of town, Mitch made sure we worked around my son's schedule. He was great to get our house out there and create traffic to sell quickly. He was always available for advice and to answer any questions. We were lucky enough to have an offer in about a month. During closing, Mitch was helpful to make sure everything was in line. Mitch did a tremendous job selling our 2 properties. Being out of state on a company relocation Mitch went above and beyond with getting our properties sold without worries. Mitch helped me purchase my condo in the Highlands. I moved here from out of state and knew almost nothing about Louisville or where I should live. I met Mitch originally through non-real estate related business dealings. After seeing the time he put into his work I chose to give him a chance when it came time to put my home on the market. I was not disappointed. At first he surprised me by accepting the listing. My house was well outside of what I would have thought his working area would be.
