Just a few days ago, my daughter (20 months old) fell and busted her tooth. I immediately started calling around for an emergency dental line as I knew she was going to need it attended to. Well I came across this office and reached out to the emergency dental line and Dr. Moody responded within minutes and was very quick to address that she would be seen the next morning (it was a 2 hour drive for me so i respected that we could address her tooth in the morning).
When I got to the office the receptionist were so kind and friendly and so helpful. Dr. moody wasn’t able to save her tooth unfortunately

The two white ladies that represent the front staff are rude / unwelcoming. Got here 5 min early for an appt for my kids...... Stood at the front window trying to get someone's attention - was ignored by 2 women who appeared to just be "busy" doing ? So I sat down w/ my kids. After 10- minutes of sitting there someone finally checked to see if we needed help. Just didn't seem to want my business ? Maybe because my family doesn't meet their "typical" cliental. My kids absolutely love Dr. Somer Heim! She is very kind and provides exceptional quality dental care. The entire team at the clinic is very kind and professional.
As expected, the clinic is very kid oriented and brightly colored. The lobby is very comfortable and spacious. They provide refreshments too.
There are also video games and toys which helped distract my kids from the real reason why they were there and enabled Dr. Heim to explain their treatment needs to us. It was a great experience for our children and us. I was really bummed that I am too old to be a patient and that only my

This review is strictly for Dr. Somer Heim, who is my son's dentist. She is a younger dentist that joined Dr. Moody's practice a couple of years ago. We've not seen Dr. Moody, but based on our experience with the office, he clearly creates an environment where kids feel better about getting dental care.
The waiting room is nice, it's not too large, but it's comfortable. There is a bathroom, free cold water bottles, and free Wi-Fi. There is a play room for the kids, and during my time there, each kid made a beeline for the play area. There is so much for kids to do
