Visited this place 3 weeks ago, shortly/right around the the tax deadline...last minute, that's because I was out of country prior. First of all, they didn't have any customer at the time but were asking if I had an appointment. The lady tells me she'll see me in a few. Rearranges her books and sees me. Not very welcoming. Anyway I don't care about that much, she looked at my docs but apparently I had 2016's tax docs. I hadn't realized that so I told her I was going to ask my employer to resend/email my tax docs for 2017. She was more concerned about telling me to

I couldn't possibly recommend Val and her staff more! They're extremely knowledgable, personable and always very friendly. This is my third year getting my taxes done by Val and I will never go elsewhere.
I procrastinated getting my taxes done because as a business owner, it's never a fun thing. Add in my wedding in March and I found myself 5 days from the end of tax season with no appointment.
I was my usual calm self (HA) and called, begging for an appointment. The receptionist laughed at my calm, cool, collected-ness and offered me an appointment the next day. She was SO cool
