This is not a professional service that I would recommend to anyone, who really care about their taxes done on a profession basis. July 15, 2020, the owner completed taxes for my sons and to this date, they have not received their taxes, nor will she return any calls, texts or emails over the past 7 months. She charged me over $900 and produced no hard copies, stated, use the portal or pay an additional $50 for each set. Their portals are empty and have been since the date I left her office. I have been with Infinity Tax Solutions for years, the quality of service that you receive goes above and beyond regular standards. I have been with other tax companies and I have never received the type service that I get with Infinity. I am glad I went with this company and has since brought several family members as well as several friends to the company. The staff are pleasant and friendly always service with a smile.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid to get my taxes done, was told they’d be completed but they never were filed. My W2’s are still in their possession, I’ve never been refunded or responded to. Email and voicemail are ignored. The receptionist is either in on the scam that’s happening here or clueless as can be. I reported this company to the IRS because who knows what she is really doing with our information since she’s clearly not filing for us even AFTER being paid and AFTER claiming she had filed.
