I'm a friend from Virginia visiting my buddy and unfortunately, we got a flat tire. George had originally said to get there by a certain time in order to get it done same day, but though I couldn't make it by then, he still got it done for me same day. I'm really very grateful for the help received. The pricing was so much better than most repair shops too (at least that I've experienced). If I ever need help up this way again, I'll return to Charm City Auto Repair. Thanks!

Up until what I just heard I had always referred people to George at Charm City however a friend of mine who has been taking vehicles there for many years had to have more repairs done, so of course that was his GO TO shop, when it was finished the cost was over $1,000.00 , which not everyone has so they asked if they could pick up Friday when they… got paid, first George said there was no room to hold, but then stated for $25.00 a day they could leave it. I think that is ridiculous to charge a loyal customer to hold a vehicle not even a week since they did not have the full amount of repairs

My wife's family has used this place for ages, so when her van suddenly died while driving, we had it towed there for a small fortune. $500 later we pick it up and 2 days later it dies again, despite them saying they checked it out and fixed everything. Got it towed back again (for a small fortune, AGAIN), another $700 to replace a cable, this time it makes it four days and now the engine is literally smoking and the van is undriveable. We call them again, they say they don't know what could possibly be wrong and refuse to do anything. Twice in as many weeks they "fix" this van and it dies within

After a year+ of working remotely from home, the day to return to the office came. My car was not in good working condition after sitting for so long. George (owner) is a great man to deal with. He treated myself and my family respectfully and with kindness. My truck broke down on I695. He stayed with us until we could get transportation home. On my home from work I got a screw in my tire, sounded like a flat tire. I called them and they were able to fit me in immediately. Was able to get my tire plugged in a matter on minutes, no waiting. Gentlemen who were they was very polite. Great price

I normally love charm city repairs, but I went to get an oil change and the one Hispanic guy who normally helps me, was very rude and sent me off to another shop. I mention the shop name and he was furious, and did not want to help me. Just simply starting conversation, the guy refused to help me.

On my way home I ran over an object on 695 that resulted in a flat tire. I immediately got off the beltway and by luck I quickly found Charm City Auto. I arrived a little after 6pm, which is the time they close. Eventhough they were getting ready to go home for the day, they found the exact tire I needed in stock and changed the tire. Both the owner (George) and the technician (Marlon) were extremely kind, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond by helping me get a new tire and back on the road. I cannot say thank you enough, however I will tell everyone about my amazing experience
