His staff was friendly, but only positive thing. I inquired about my missing stimulus payments and he looked lost the entire time. I gave him my 2019 W2s and information for that year and explained i didnt work in 2020. He was pretty much quiet entire time, then simply said he couldnt do my taxes.. gave me no advice how to even go about my stimulus or any advice. Just said he "coudlnt do my taxes" would not reccomend from my experience

Very disappointed this year. Been going there 30 plus years without a problem but due to an illness I got a “tax preparer “ instead of CPA and still got charged more than what I was paying for a CPA to do my taxes ! And after asking questions about the new tax laws they didn’t have a clue !!!!! They had to google it !!!! SMH 🤦♂️ time to move on !

I have been having my taxes prepared by Tony Leone since the 80's and he has always been helpful. I know that he has added more staff throughout the years, the ambiance has changed a little, but I have no complaints about the service I receive.

I’m normally not one to publicly post a bad review, but after the way I was treated by this place I feel I should share. This is my second year in business, and from one small business owner to another I figured I would give this small business a chance at helping me out after I got myself into a little bit of a rut during tax season. One of the CPA’s at this establishment belittled me and instead of guiding me, basically told me he didn’t think “I would be able to pay him” and told me “my stuff was a mess” without giving me any templates of how they thought I should have given them

I had my 2017 taxes done there. It was the first time I had filed single and the first time I had paid someone to do my taxes. Now it has been a year and I have it more together being a widow. I looked through my 2017 tax return as I was preparing for my 2018 one, and found several items that I didn't understand and seemed wrong. When I called them, I was talked down to, interrupted, and treated with incredible disrespect.
