I LOVE my new shower! We had this installed for my mom to use - with grab bars, a bench, and a handheld sprayer (inside the big showerhead) with an elbow at the bench. This is awesome!
Cody was an exceptional sales agent who really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I wasn't home during the install so I don't names of the fellows to give kudos to, but my husband said they ran into a snag - no surprise here - and were able to make it work so, well done!
One problem - we didn't use the shower for about three weeks and when we turned it on, we couldn't get the handheld sprayer to work. I called on Sunday

I am extremely pleased with result of the remodel of my bathroom. They came out gave me a quote, they would order everything I wanted it would take 4 days for tear out and install. We are so pleased with the results we asked them to give us a quote on our second bathroom, and plan to have them complete the work. I've had remodelers in the past that could not do what this company did I highly recommend them.

If you value your time - do not attempt to get a quote from this company. I scheduled an initial appointment where the sales rep directed me to go to the showroom before he would even measure the job. I went to the showroom and then had to schedule a second appointment for the measurement. I informed the company that I needed an itemized quote for insurance reimbursement. After several days I had not received any quote whatsoever. I was then advised I would get a quote 4 days later. After four days I had to follow-up twice to try to get my quote which was literally a description with a bulk sum
