Lee and Lisa Mirman did exceptional work to sell our house. They found and had corrected flaws we couldn’t see, allowing our house to show at its best advantage. They engaged contractors, supervised the work, and made sure it was done well and at reasonable cost. As an absentee owner, I was reassured by their attention to detail and superlative communication skills while corrective work was ongoing. Lee and Lisa could not have been more knowledgeable, efficient, or professional. That alone is enough to refer them to others, but we were most impressed by their kindness. In moving an elderly parent from a home to a continuous care facility, they recognized the difficulty in such a transition, both physically and (especially) emotionally.
