During winter, pipes can freeze and burst or when the snow melts, leaks can occur leaving a mess that can become a huge headache.
Most homeowners do not know that ideal humidity in a home is 40-50%. If it exceeds 50% it could be a breeding ground for mold. Its growth can manifest itself in drywall, insulation, roofing, and areas around plumbing pipes. In some cases, you'll be able to spot mold right away. However, in many cases, you might not be able to see the mold until it has spread far from its source.
Devastating events can cause irreparable damage to your home such as fire and smoke. It can be financially and emotionally straining. We know that dealing with this type of damage can be tough, so we'd be happy to assist you in the process of restoring and rebuilding your home. It's important to note that in most of these events, your homeowner's insurance will be someone to contact shortly before or after you contact Home Living Construction.

Christian and his team at Home Living Construction were wonderful to work with as they restored our home with new flooring, drywall, paint and more. They were very organized, prompt, and professional. They came ready with a thoughtful plan, creative ideas and communicated clearly throughout the project. I enjoyed working with them because they were easy to work with and also accommodating of all my needs and wants. I also enjoyed working with Audrey, the office manager because she was always willing to help and promptly answer any questions. I will absolutely hire Home Living Construction again
