I've never had a more unprofessional experience with a mechanic. I had them tow in my truck because it wouldn't start and they were supposed to just look and see if it was a quick fix, I never heard from them again! I finally stopped in to see what was going on and they gave me a drawn out story of them looking for the problem, but not finding it yet. I left and again, never heard a thing. I finally got a call from a different shop saying that this place had dropped it off with them and asked them to look at it. I was never told it was even being moved. Now I'm responsible for Jim's putting in
