Chris helped me purchase a house in this hot market in less than 24 hours. He was very pro-active to send me updates, made an appointment to see the house before others, pushed (courteously) the listing agents to provide necessary documents for me to make a decision. You always hear of people going above and beyond. Well here's how Chris did it. On a whim we saw a home and fell in love. We weren't in the market to buy or sell so we were not prepared. I have worked with a good share of realtors and none of them compare to the hard working Chris. He is always available and responds to emails/texts/phone calls within minutes. I am not sure when he sleeps/eats/rests because in my experience with him he is always working. If you are looking for a professional, hardworking and dedicated realtor, look no further. Chris is the man to get the job done!
