History: My firm was established in early 2006. Prior to that, I had eighteen years of accounting experience, fifteen years in public accounting and three years in non-profit accounting. I became a certified valuation analyst (CVA) in 2003 and have valued a number of businesses since that time. I have been a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor for more than ten years.

I started my career as a high school teacher. The ten years of teaching experience gave me the skills to teach accounting concepts and software usage to the public in understandable terms. I am a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
