Services
I am the owner/attorney at the Law Office of Michael G. Diaz, P.C. I help individuals and families navigate through difficult situations including divorce, child custody, child support, and those facing criminal charges. My goal is to help families overcome challenges involved in these circumstances and craft solutions that will benefit them and their children.
At the Law Office of Michael G. Diaz, I am committed to helping people facing difficult family disputes, including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications of prior orders, paternity cases, and adoptions. The decisions you make during your divorce or other family law matter may be some of the most important decisions that you will make.
The criminal justice system can be a scary and difficult system to navigate. Nothing is more stressful than the prospect of going to jail. You need an experienced and knowledgeable attorney who will guide you, answering your questions and making sure your rights are protected. I will take the time to walk you through the process, review the evidence and explain your options, and help you decide on the best decision for your individual situation.
How long does it take to get a divorce? In Texas there is a 60 day waiting period from the time of filing until the divorce can be finalized. If the spouses have reached an agreement on all of the relevant issues a divorce may be obtained on the 61st day after the divorce petition was filed, however in most cases the divorce may last much longer.

This man was unbelievable in how he handle our case. He did not want to help us, he just wanted to please the woman in charge of the title company. I would not ever use him. We left him and went to another company due to how we were treated. I read the letter he wrote in regards to our case and he told he had done all this work, which he NEVER DID! I did it. I was the one that went to the court house, made phone calls, did all the paper work and running. So THINK TWICE before you use his services or anyone he works with

He is not going to work for you, you are just a paycheck to him.
Even the judge said he needs to focus more on his job
