I love this place. I purchased an old anatomotor table. After being reupholstered it did not work. I called the service department, and Galen gave great advice. As he has many times in the past. When I said I can’t seem to get it working, I asked if I could bring it to Hill Labs tomorrow. He said yes. I even asked if they would add vibration to another old table. They did. The factory is impressive and committed to quality. I rarely see that level of service today.

I'd think twice if I was considering the purchase of a Hill table. ZERO service after the sale. My wife's table is so loud and forceful that it makes her patients jump when she resets the drops! It was described by her patients as feeling like a punch to the gut! Many of her patients are old with PTSD and heart conditions and have complained to her about this table. She called Hill labs and talked directly to Mr. Hill to try to get this fixed, since its a brand new table. Can you guess what he said to her multiple times over several calls? I am 5 years into practice and have 5 Auto Flex tables. Patients do not want to use any other table. I have a nice Thuli table and another mechanical drop table and the patients think they are being shafted by not getting the Hill Table. I would recommend over any other brand. My practice is successful and I owe some of that to choosing to have multiple Hill Tables. Very nice company. I visited the factory and saw the manufacturing process and met some of the workers. Stop waiting and just get the table they are the best.

I have been a Hill customer for 15 or more years and purchased 3 tables, and other equipment in that time... more recently I needed replacement cushions and Briana Boden walked me through the ordering and purchasing process specific to my table model. Seemed like a very detailed process depending on which Hill table you have. She was very patient and able to expedite my delivery based on the scheduled time that I set up with the installer.... In all, it was a seemless process.

Great equipment at a really good price. I have been using Hill Labs tables for 23 years. One of my tables was built in 1991, I bought it used, and is still in great working order. When I have a maintenance issue they have guided me through the repairs so I can service my table myself. The top covers are durable and have lasted at least 8 years despite heavy use. When they need to be replaced I make a quick call then order online and new covers show up at my door a few weeks later. I never hesitate to recommend Hill Labs.
