I started house researching in the later of 2020 and worked with some agents on offers, but all failed to beat the bids, I knew it's not easy to win in a craze market,
I decide to switch my buyer(agent) after losing a bid on a dream house due to the unprofessional quotation even though the Agent promised to give me up to 1% commission back. (The suggested bid price was far behind the final sold price).
