I have to give a shout out to Joe's for fixing my car not just this past week but every time I bring my car in to get it check out. Matt and Jayson are awesome and very nice to talk with! Everyone there knows what they are doing! They always do a great job of getting me in to have my vehicle serviced in a timely manner.
The staff is friendly and professional. Had great experience all the way through from making the appointment to them finishing. They came and talked to me about my car as the mechanic was finishing up, and then had paper work ready and it was that easy. They made it very comfortable to wait in the lobby so I didn't feel I needed to just drop my car off and leave.

Joe grew up in Rochester and started pursuing his dreams working part-time in a shop as a mechanic at age 16. He is an ASE Master certified Automotive Technician, was the 2006 ASE tech of the year nominee, former student of the Automotive Training Institute, and an Automotive National Advisory council member.

Vehicle was completed in a timely matter, very thorough review of vehicle, found other items that needed to be attended to in the near future. Friendly and honest car repair. I have been going to Joe's Auto for 2 years now and I really like them. They will be clear and upfront with me with the cost of any repairs. They also give you a detailed report sent to you from your visit with pictures and recommendations. They are not going to push you into anything or try to upsell anything to you. They have a convenient shuttle system so they will drop you off and pick you up if you leave your car with them for the day.
I called a couple of days ago asking about tire prices and the employee gave me a very thorough explanation of options

Great service! We needed to buy winter tires and have them installed. When I called to make an appointment, Kelly walked me through to figure out the right tires for our car and make sure they were in stock. I told her on the phone I would be waiting for the car in the shop, and she said it should take about 2 hours. The day of our appointment, they had a number of other customers but were done with our car in about 90 minutes. They nicely bagged and loaded our other tires into the car, and we're very happy with our new tires and our experience at Joe's.

Had some major car repairs needed on an older vehicle and was hoping for a decent estimate. Actual bill was about $800 more than discussed plus I was promised a free oil change which they never did. Gave me a final cost then added another hundred without notifying me. When I went in to get my car computers were down and they wrote down my credit card number on a note pad. I won't be back.

Had always been taking my vehicle to the dealership for services. Will likely never set foot in a dealership again after the helpful and professional service at Joe's Auto and Tire. I have been going here for few oil changes now and appreciate the service I get. They treat me very well, allow you to wait there or give you a ride. Honest up front with all the details and costs with time for any questions you may have while there or on the phone. Today I had some preventive work done and they said a couple of hours and got done faster than quoted. Highly recommend Joe's. Thanks guys.
