Sauder Tire & Auto Service

Had my timing belt and water pump changed (routine maintenance) as well as an alignment and two tires.
I found them mildly hard to communicate with (we just didn't always seem to be on the same wavelength), but they did what I asked and went out of their way to help with an unrelated problem.
They had requested I leave the car two days for the service, so I dropped it off Tuesday night, only to have my other car breakdown on my way to work Wednesday. Sigh! I called and asked if there was anyway they could get the car done that day. He suggested that since they hadn't started yet I could pick

Honest people take my Ram truck for a noise they inspect the truck replaced a wheel bearing and still doing the noise but they don't charge me nothing because they don't fixed the issue. I extremely recommend them absolutely 💯Honestly first. Nothing bad to say.

I had a great experience here! They got me in quickly, diagnosed the real problem (saving me hundreds of dollars), and had it all done within a day. Everyone was professional, and they even topped me up on oil for no charge. Would definitely recommend!

This place went above and beyond when they knew I was in an emergency situation. They worked fast and got the work done. I remember riding my bike to this place when I was a kid to pump up my tires. Now they've got my back again. I recommend.

I take my work vehicle and personal vehicle to Sauder tire. They do everything as expected and even make suggestions but no pressure garage. They know what they're doing and reasonably priced. Good dudes!!!

Fantastic prices, beating others by a long shot. Great service. Nice gentleman in the office. Both the services I got there (on separate days, for different vehicles) were both done kinda last minute (I called ahead) and they were still able to do it. One was putting the tires back on the wheels, of my classic VW, after getting the wheels redone (elsewhere). The other was exchanging seasonal tires on a modern Honda. Will continue going for all our tire needs.

I was genuinely impressed. I originally set up an appointment with them because they had the best tire rotation price I could find ($10 cheaper than anywhere else I talked to). I expected service to match the price - less than the others. But I was genuinely mistaken. They were extremely punctual in getting to my car as soon as I got there, and the gentleman I worked with was very nice and honest with me. I will be doing business with them again.

Be careful !!! Not going back to them : \. Asked them to look at car to see if it needed struts replaced and if he could tell by looking at the them. He said yes and checked my car out. Told me I need new struts all the way around. Checked out a few other garages and One place test drove my car checked the car by pushing down on the struts and put it on a lift off for free. After that they told me I don’t need anything changed that my struts were good

Old fashioned type garage. One of the Sauder brothers told me they have been there 39 years! They don't demand your name, address and phone number. They don't make you sign a mechanic's lien. The right hand knows what the left hand is doing. They only took 40 minutes to align my old Neon. The steering wheel is level, the car doesn't drift and I feel that my tires are going to wear evenly. Good job.

I've never had a bad experience at this garage. I've had state inspections, tire & oil changes as well as other general maintenance. They are good honest people who do a great job!
