Nancy and her team has been my go to since I sold my house in Morningside more than 15 years ago. Since then I have sold a townhouse on Aqua Island and purchased a beautiful home in Miami Shores. Juan Salas was excellent. A great advocate and very knowledgeable. This group gives 110% and does what it takes both as a buyer and a seller. They know this market and care about their clients! No group is better. Juan was the best in the most recent transaction!

I have purchased several houses and sold several houses and used Juan Salas in connection with each transaction. He is bright, knowledgeable, professional, and cares about what he does. I’ve even seen him cleaning and organizing the house before an open house! Nancy Batchelor is lucky to have someone like that in her team. I highly recommend him.

Juan helped me sell my family home 2 years ago. He was a true professional. He priced the house just right , have great advice on what I should do to the house for showings, and was constantly keeping me informed of potential buyers feedback.
