I have been working with Petruzelo for several years now. We have car and homeowner's insurance through their agency. I cannot say enough good things about their agency. They have worked to get us the best coverage at the best rates. Their customer service and knowledge is excellent. When I needed a small insurance policy to cover something for an organization for an event they took it on, even though other, local, well known insurance companies refused to take on the policy saying it wasn't worth their time to do it. In doing so, they convinced me to use them for both car and homeowner policies
