Do not use this company they do not practice ethical laws they lie cheat steal it is a worst company I've ever seen in my life I would not recommend them to anyone if you want your taxes done properly and not taken out of the office and given to someone else to return to you which is against the law. Many things they do are against the law. Please don't waste your time going there do end up with more problems than you started with

These guys are terrible. I spoke with one over a year and a half ago and only recently received an invoice. It had zero detail but threatened to send me to collections if it wasn’t paid immediately. It’s a horrible way to conduct business and especially for a “professional.” I would recommend looking elsewhere for even decent service.

After my Father passed, I needed advice on estate planning, taxes and general retirement planning. Tim Nelson was excellent in answering all my questions, breaking down his advice in simple to understand language. He has a great humor too which helped during an emotional time. At tax filing time they sent documents to help me pull together everything needed to file my Dad's taxes, estate tax and our personal tax. Horrible service and communication. I took all my paperwork to them, asked for an estimae before they got started, they told me they would be in touch. A few months later, and several attempts on my part of trying to find out where things were, I got an $800 bill and still no resolution to the tax issue I had. When I contacted them, I got to return phone call or email. They soon sent back my paperwork with another bill and still NO resolution to my issue. I then had to quickly find someone else to clean up the mess they created, the IRS was levying my accounts. Total nightmare that could
