Custom Dental is by far the best dentist office I’ve been a patient at. They do things the right way. From the second you walk in and greeted by their friendly front of office staff all the way up to Dr. Nail. I love feeling safe and comfortable where I am getting my teeth cleaned or fixed. I broke my tooth over the weekend and was in a lot of pain. My friend suggested that I come to this office and talked really highly of Dr. Nail & his team. I called to set up my appointment and they got me in the same day!! I ended up needing a crown and the procedure was painless. I’m so happy to have a new dentist that is gentle & also explained things in a way I could actually understand. They also let me set up a payment plan and I’m so grateful for that. The staff is awesome! I never feel any pain and they have done a lot of work on me! The dentist asks throughout the procedure if I’m doing okay or need a break and I really appreciate that. They worked with me on payments and also enrolled me in their savings plan. Finding a dentist with staff who speaks Spanish was hard but I’m so thankful for Custom Dental.

It had been YEARS since either my husband or myself had even stepped into the dentist. We were nervous about the pain that may come with unknown issues but everyone at the office did what they could to make us feel cool and comfortable. Very satisfied with the low cost of a cleaning and now I can’t wait to come back for another visit! 10/10 to Custom Dental in S. okc!

I can not tell you how much anxiety I feel going to a dentist. This was my first time to visit Dr Nail who was recommended by a dear friend from work. I was overwhelmed by the great staff and Dr Nail's care. I wish I would have had this kind of experience when I was younger. Dr Nail was kind and professional. He did not pressure me in any way. He explained it all clearly and we set up a fixable cost effective plan. I had an extraction that was over pretty quick. I am so grateful for the care. High praise goes to his staff. They are awesome! Thank you Dr Nail for the call that evening after my visit

Hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years and was told I needed a lot of dental work done. The staff was so kind and compassionate and spoke about payment plans. I was able to have my work done in only 2 sessions. One being that day and the next the other. Super fast! Great team. Will be returning. Thank you Dr.Nail and team!

Dr. Nail and the staff at Custom Dental are 2nd to none! I love that they offer all dental services from braces and root canals to cleanings here. If you need treatment done they usually have time to do it the same day. They also allow patients to pay using Care Credit if you need a no interest financing option.

Dr. Nail and the entire staff at Custom Dental are absolutely wonderful! I broke a tooth eating peanut brittle and they were able to fit me in last minute and prep me for a crown. They were so accommodating and sweet. They went out of they're way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. It was the first time I've been there since moving to OKC and I will continue to see them for regular checkups. Thank you so much!

I had my first visit with Dr Nail today and he and the whole staff were amazing! The office is up to date with state of the art equipment! There are TVs in every room and when the Dr. was explaining what I needed done he pulled pictures of my teeth up on the screen and was very good at explaining exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I went in because of a tooth ache and Dr. Nail was able to perform a pain free root canal the same day! I never felt a thing! So thankful for Dr. Nail and the whole Custom Dental staff!
