Thom is a wonderful realtor that I'd recommend wholeheartedly. I worked with Thom through the most volatile housing market I've ever seen, and his support and enthusiasm is non-stop. No joke the best realtor I have ever worked with. We started looking at homes in early 2020, and finally got one a year later. Through the whole process Thom was always there to offer advice, dig up info, advise on location and neighborhoods, and support me through a absolutely bonkers market.

Thom Gardner was our agent, and he really knows his stuff! He worked his butt off for us, and he was really friendly patient with us as we went through the process of buying our first home. He explained everything really well, and went above and beyond for us and made himself available for our many many questions. He knows real estate better than any realtor I've ever dealt with, and he helped us make a really solid decision when we put in an offer on our house (and got it!). You couldn't ask for a better agent. I'd give him 6 stars if I could but google only goes up to 5.
