The experience is always great when I go for my visits. Although I was there and got a tooth extraction today, Dr K, and Angie made my stay pleasant. All the staff are great and they always provide excellent service! They make you feel comfort always! Thank you Fountains Dental staff, you all are Awesome!!

Based on the many wonderful reviews I read about this dental practice, I booked a new patient appointment. Needless to say, I was blown away by the amazing personal attention the entire staff provided. I have had some negative dental experiences in the past, and was a little nervous going in. But any concerns were put to rest when I walked through the door. I may sound like I'm gushing here, but this practice takes customer service to another level. DeeDee is an amazing hygienist. Dr. Dan knows how to put someone at ease. He is straight forward, kind, honest, and gentle in his approach. I believe

Where do you start, trying to explain just how professional and caring the staff and Principals at Fountains Dental Excellence are?
Both Dr Dan and Dr Mai-Ly are incredible to work with. Both carry out amazing work, all the while, ensuring you're comfortable, in no pain and enjoying things as much as you can.
The Hygienist Team are great to work with as well.
Everyone is considerate, friendly and over time you get to know the team well.
As someone with 'interesting' teeth, I have been thoroughly impressed with Fountains Dental Excellence and would unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking

I have been going to Fountains Dental Excellence for years now and I am so glad to have found them! They are so caring and attentive to my needs. I had a phobia of Dentists and getting as much as a simple clean done was painstaking but DeeDee (my favorite technician) is so patient and gentle with me, I now look forward to my visits!! The office is always clean and comfortable and the staff... Jen and others... is always so welcoming and happy... I have recommended them to several of my family and friends who are in need of a great dentist!

My experience today was awesome. I love the way Mary explained how and why to use a water pic and her attention to detail. After my appointment with Mary, I returned home to reorganize my bathroom because I knew the setup that I had was counterproductive to my dental goals. I told Mary that I was always plugging and unplugging my sonic care tooth brush between two sets of outlets. My tooth brush was competing with my cellphone, speaker, floor heater, and blow dryer. Mary gave me tips on how to set up a dedicated area for my water pic and electric toothbrush. I rearranged all my makeup, body products

Just in making my appointment over the phone I can tell that these women love their job and what they do. Their joy emulates and is contagious. Staff was very helpful and even got me in the same day. They were also not judgmental being that I haven't been to the dentist in some time. All people I dealt with were very gentle. They explained to me how billing works and exactly how much I could expect to pay. This is my new dentist and will be proud to refer anyone I know or care about.

Three words....Exemplary customer service! I have had a great time working with the staff at Fountains Dental Excellence. The administrative staff, Shara and Jen, are warm and friendly and put you at ease before your appointment. The staff like Lindsay and Kathy are great as well. Dr. Dan is direct, professional, and kind. He even contacted me the night that I had my temporaries placed on while waiting for my crowns. I will definitely continue going to the practice.
