Mr. Jay Dupree owes my rental property at WildWood Villa and the people/person he has managing it are unprofessional. My AC unit hasn’t worked properly since last year and I keep getting the run around about when it we be fixed. I have a organization who’s willing to pay my rent since I’ve falling on hard times but they refused to work with them. Which is sad but they don’t care about there tenants at all. Was told I had to be there promptly at 8:30 am, however I waited in the waiting room for an entire hour because they had not properly prepared the documents needed. Documents I spent hours of my own time writing up myself, so they actually only had to put their stamp on it. The office was very dirty and unorganized, there was trash sitting on the table of the waiting room. It was absolutely disgusting. This attorney will also gladly take on cases that are a clear conflict of interest, which makes me question the firms ethics.
