Mains Chiropractic is owned and managed by Tom Mains, D.C. With his training in the Gonstead method and more than 15 years of experience, he offers patients the most effective up-to-date chiropractic care available. His brother, David Mains, D.C., joined the Mains Chiropractic team in 2011. Dr. David Mains, following in his brother's footsteps, also trained in the Gonstead method.

Going above and beyond isn't a goal that Dr. Dave sets- it's the foundation he starts on.
When I first walked into Mains Chiropractic, I was at a point where all I could do when I came home from work was lie flat on the cold cement floor for the better part of an hour to try to ease myself back into a natural position.
I was in crippling pain every moment of the day and extremely jaded and hopeless from failed attempts at relief with other health care providers.

I found Mains Chiropractic when I was working in Latrobe. What a wonderful discovery! Dr. Dave is the most caring, helpful and concerned doctor I have ever been to. I now work about an hour away, but making the trip is well worth my time. He has done so much to keep me on the path to good health and keep me pain free. If you have ever heard any "bad press" about chiropractors - seeing Dr. Dave would quickly dispel any negative thoughts.
