I called Janine because I had been given her information and an excellent recommendation by another Kalea Bay resident. Working with Janine was a true pleasure. When I decided to sell it, she swooped in, staged the property, and spent untold hours making it look beautiful. She took such beautiful pictures of it I hardly recognized my place. On top of which, she sold my unit for all cash, full price, with a backup offer. Overall a great experience with Janine. She’s very knowledgeable of the Naples area and was quickly able to hone in on the areas that fit our criteria. Janine has a great decorating eye and can quickly identify negative and positive aspects of a property.
