Our skilled therapists use an integral blend of Western and Eastern modalities that are combined and tailored to the needs of each individual client. Healing is an art that we all possess based on our willingness to accept responsibility for and educate ourselves about our health in all forms. Together, we can find health by defining balance.

Originally from Charleston, SC, I moved to Nashville, TN in 1997 to attend Belmont University. In 2001 I received my BA in music and continued to study sound & healing which eventually led me to massage and bodywork. In 2003, I began studying massage and working as resource coordinator, office administrator, and continuing education coordinator at the Natural Health Institute.
A variety of treatments and modalities are available to customize an individual experience. Connective tissue, also known as fascia, is THE MOST abundant tissue in our bodies. It is truly our "organ" of form and structure. When this system is imbalanced, traumatized, or just plain overstressed it can cause a multitude of symptoms throughout the body.
Connective Tissue Massage, Structural Bodywork, and Isolated Stretching Techniques release repetitive strain patterns and reprogram the neurological functions of the musculofasical system. This provides the opportunity to restore resilience and awareness to the foundation of what makes us human, our feet.
Created by podiatrist Dr. Ray McClanahan, Correct Toes are being used for everything from curing and preventing foot anomalies like bunions and neuromas to helping Olympic athletes prevent injury and increase performance. Made in the USA out of surgical grade silicon, this orthotic device can bring you to a new awareness of the importance of foot health.

Prepaid for a 90-minute session with a gift card, spent about 45 minutes unnecessarily being taught things. He went over my time limit by an hour, then asked if he could charge me an extra $50, which I SO foolishly agreed to. I did not leave feeling any better, after getting one TINY part of my chronic neck/trap/upper back system worked on. I felt worse over the next few days. I was encouraged to "stop lifting weights" and replace it with yoga to help my situation, rather than being advised to lift lighter or with better form (a real sports science doctor's suggestion to me). Way too much time

My friend booked an appointment with Cameron when I came to Nashville to visit. I was nervous because I had never had a male therapist before. I was immediately comfortable with Cameron. He spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and getting to know me a bit. I have recently had a lot of trauma and it was greatly affecting my body. I had a lot of trouble with my right shoulder that had been limiting my movement for months. I felt so much better after my appointment and have felt better ever since. I wish I had the right words to say what a special person Cameron is .. but I am really better
