I needed shirts for our family Disney vacay. I haven’t used Chinaman since two years ago so I was unaware of their new email request service. They are fast and affordable! I sent my order in on Tuesday and Thursday they contacted me to help with my design! Mike was very good! Sent me drafts within a few hours and curbside picked up without delay! Even their heat transfer option is still very nice and affordable!

I love that out of all places i could of went to on my side of town....that I drive 30 extra minutes just to receive great service from all of the gentlemen in CHINAMANPHOTO 💙 Thank you for all you do and they are super understanding and get the job done well the first time. Today I receive my print out for my flyer and it looks nothing like the preview that was shown to me previously , the actually print out of my flyer was so blurry and so bright where I can barely see the quality of work on the flyer. I ask to speak to the manager Tony to see if I can get them reprinted or refunded , He basically tried to argue with me and told me he can reprint them but it will look exactly the same and refuse to refund me , a waste of my time & money. I don’t know what happen to this place but 2 years ago I didn’t have this issue , very poor customer service

Ordered 7 shirts 2 months ago and Tony kept telling me they will be ready the next day and he’ll call me, never called and when I called a week later he said he was short staffed and he would get them to me soon 2 weeks later nothing I called again and he told me since I was so patient with him I would get a discount and I offered to pay the regular price for them and tried to make the payment while I was talking to him to ensure I would get my shirts and he refused and said he’ll call me when they’re ready and still the next day no phone call or nothing this went on for 2 months bottom line
