First, let me just say that Sylvie is just simply amazing. I have ongoing neck and foot issues which requires professional massage to relieve pain and muscle tightness. The “tune up’s” as I call them are critical for my health as I am a frequent business traveler. In the past I have tried deep tissue massage (too much), gentle massage (too little) and now use Sylvie’s technique (just right!). I never leave a session with her without feeling revitalized and exhibiting more mobility. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Sylvie Nadeau is the best! She is a true professional. On our first appointment, I explained what I was going through in terms of neck and back pain, and she knew exactly what to do in order to fix it. Her massages and her professional advice for me to do on regular basis throughout the week, have truly helped with my back and neck pains. I go to her regularly because she is amazing. Went to Kristen for bad headaches that were a result of tension in my neck/upper back. After the second session the headaches we're almost completely gone and after the third session they were completely gone and have not come back. Very clean, very calming and Kristen is awesome. My mother has been seeing her for years.

The Best orthopedic Massage I've ever had. If you are looking for a deep massage for specific areas this is the place. I have a sports injury in my hip and decided to try this with my weekly physical therapy visits, and they are worth every penny. An hour feels like 30 minutes. Today was my third visit. If you have a pain somewhere, I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed.

Kristen is a skilled massage therapist. She has treated my chronic pain for many years. Kristen has also helped me recover from surgery and a car accident. Her methods include deep tissue massage, Gua Sha, electrical stimulation and practical advice. I consider Kristen's massage a medical treatment with incredibly effective results.

Love! Love! Love! I have a standing appointment to visit every week. I have had the worst back pain for most of my life and nothing helped. As I got older I started having feet and ankle pain and was at a point where I could barely walk. I met with Kristen who is so knowledgeable and helpful in the field. She made me feel comfortable right away. She then introduced me to Sylvie. Sylvie is my new best friend! She is absolutely AMAZING! I have no more pain in my back and very little in my feet. Since I was 12 and my chest developed I have had the worst lower back pain. Over the years it continued to get worse. I started to have neck pain, arm pain, and leg and foot pain. I was completely miserable for several years. I developed plantar fasciitis and bone spurs in both feet. Unable to do much of anything I was directed to Kristen at Kneaded Therapy. I saw Kristen and Sylvie for a total of about 10 treatments. Both therapists are very talented and have a number of modalities to address the problem; Cupping, gha sha, Acupuncture point stimulation, Electro therapy etc.
