I began practicing law with a firm in Winchester in 1984. While there I worked on a wide variety of cases. It was a general practice of law. I represented people in wills and other probates, personal injury cases, bankruptcy and collection cases, workers compensation, criminal defense cases, juvenile cases and a multitude of family law issues (divorce, custody, adoption).
She has worked in the office with her husband, David, since 1995. She has an Associate Degree in Accounting & Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Medical Technology. She is a Certified Kentucky Paralegal. She is a rescued American Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix and has been with our office since 2015.

There is an old adage that a divorce can be as expensive as you want to make it, and there is some truth to that. This is why understanding a client's goals is so important. Some marriages can be brought to an end amicably, and the goal is to do so as efficiently as possible. In other instances, both parties are at odds, and it is a take-no-prisoners, scorch-the-earth battle for which you must prepare.
We can assist with the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other Advance Directives such as Living Will and Health Care Surrogate designations. We also assist in identifying ways to avoid Probate. Preparing an estate plan is much more than simply writing a Will. There is no one size fits all.

Perdue Law Offices have handled several things for me and my family the last two years . Just called for the 15th time trying to get to talk to MY supposed lawyer to get to only talk to the wife who laughed as she told me there was nothing he could do that I was losing my home. I'll never forget the way she chuckled as she told me. Never. Would NEVER refer anyone here. All these reviews saying how they keep u informed...yeah at the beginning but once it gets complicated u can forget that good customer service.

Not happy at all with this office. I hired him for a bankruptcy, went without in order to get his $1500.00 fee paid up front. Didn't hear anything from him for a month. When I called his office I was informed that he wouldn't be back for another month because he was on an extended vacation! Now I sit wondering every day if this is going to be the day they repo my vehicle since he is the one who instructed me to stop making the payment! Had anyone from his office informed me in the beginning that he wanted me to pay his fee so that he would have extra spending money on his vacation and
