All of the employees were professional and responsible. The work was done in a timely manner. It was actually fun to come home each day and see the progress made. The job site was kept clean which was important to me. The workers knew I liked parking my car in the garage at night so they kept that area accessible and free of nails!
We warrant our installation from any defects from faulty installation for a period of 1 year. Any modifications, repairs or attempts to repair by anyone other than Delta Management and Construction, Inc. or lack of maintenance to the work performed will void the guarantee and guarantee is not extended to any other un-worked part connected to this approved request.

They did a great job! Work was done in a timely manner (wood rot repair, house painting, and gutter installation.) They even did some debris removal work that is outside their normal scope of business but it helped me from having to shop around. Overall, I am very satisfied and will work with them again.

Due to a house fire we had to replace our back porch screened in room. From the beginning, when DMC's Scott presented us with our options, he was patient and explained our options in a knowledgeable and easy manner and had lots of photos of the many possibilities, making our choices easy. Once they started the work, the crews they sent were friendly, efficient, and best of all, on time! Each day when they left, they ALWAYS cleaned up. God willing, we won't be building another porch any time soon, but if so, I would use DMC in a heartbeat, and highly recommend them to all our friends. Good work

We moved to Tallahassee one year ago July, from mid-coast Maine. We bought a home in Ox Bottom that we really liked. It was built in 1993 and just a bit dated. My wife and I had work done by DMC. We had a screen in porch added to our front deck and a cover put over our back porch. Mr. Williams came out to the house and gave us an estimate of what it would cost and we decided to have it done, within a month they started. It also started to rain a lot but they got it done within a timely matter, they even worked in the rain at times. When the work was done the owner of the company came out to inspect the work that was done, he is a very nice man. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have work done.
