Eric Sobolik was instrumental in helping us negotiate our new lease terms for our new commercial warehouse facility so we can grow our business to the next level. We could not be happier with the services we received in our search for space for our new office! In a city like Anchorage where space is limited and expensive we also had to deal with a time crunch. I have been looking for the right property for almost a year by myself. Lots of closed doors, bad deals and quite frankly I didn’t know enough about Commercial Real Estate and how it worked. There are quite a few rules, laws and things to look out for that as Caterer I would have never known.
