After 15 or so years with my previous accountant, I was referred to Mike to take over. Mike took care of my 2019 returns and one thing that really sticks out is his communication. He makes sure that he replies right away or within the same day. And I'm all digital. So using email to submit all my W-2s and other assets, and to my surprise, so was he. He had me sign documents over the cloud, pay my invoice using the cloud. I was a happy camper. My returns were good too.

I have relied on Rich & Company for tax preparation for the past four years and the difference in working with them from my previous accounting firm is night and day. Their service more than paid for itself the first year when they identified some simple changes I could make to greatly reduce my tax liability. Incredible Service! I've searched far and wide for a solid CPA / Accounting practice to suit my needs and high expectations. Rich & Company did this for me. When I had no idea what questions to ask, and when my answer to most questions regarding finances and taxes were "I don't know," in came these guys.
