When I purchased the home I went with a national agency and they canceled my policy a month later without explanation. I called another national insurance agency, they weren't issuing home owner insurance for another month, no explanation for that either. When I called Trailhead Insurance, Vanessa took my information and had a quote for me the next morning. After investigating the quote, it turned out that company does not insure homes with farm animals or barns. Vanessa was able to send another quote with a different agency within a day that would cover the barn and animals.

Our home was categorized to be near a "fire area" so that many insurance companies would not even provide us with a quote for homeowner's insurance. I searched for weeks and spent hours trying to find an insurance broker that would give me options for finding a company that would accept our home. Sammi is the Greatest Insurance Agent I have had since 1978. My first agent from Allstate had been my family's insurance agent since 1948. Since he passed away, we have never had someone that we can call directly. I feel like Sammi will be there for us anytime we need her. Great company to work with. Tried getting insurance for my Mom's house with another carrier and they said they "were not issuing any policies because the company was not issuing policies to areas considered to be fire hazards." I didn't realize that we lived in a fire hazard area now. It wasn't classified like that a few years back when I originally purchased a policy with them. Sammi was great! Very polite, honest and I walked in without an appointment and she didn't bat an eye. She just asked me a few questions and I walked out of her office with a policy within about 30 minutes. Sammi was great and got us everything we needed to insure our home for our loan. She worked everything out with our agent at Dignified Home Loans and was there if we had any questions. Highly recommend if you want somewhere you can trust to find you the best deal and handle all the necessary paperwork behind the scenes with little for you to do!

Almost everything was done electronically while I was at work. it took less than 5 minutes to sign up for insurance. This experience has been very quick and easy. Nothing beats walking in the door and having a human person greet you. I have one car I have a loan on and one paid off and sammi was able to walk me through what was required and what was recommended and also keep it all in my budget. I'm able to manage my insurance via the website but if I need additional help or explanation I can give her a call or go into the office. Best of both worlds
