Our clients are encouraged to call us outside business hours and on weekends when problems arise if they feel it can't wait until the next business day; we also do not nickel and dime clients for phone calls, text messages or emails, because we would rather a client feel free to ask a question or report an issue than worry about how much that text or phone call will cost and fail to seek our counsel.

The estate planning process is unique for every client and the design of the estate plan depends upon various factors and circumstances. There are often many issues to consider in creating and designing an estate plan. What are my assets and what is their approximate value? A schedule of assets will be produced during the estate planning process and used to design the estate plan.

Worked with this attorney Randy. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend him to anyone.
In the beginning, he told me everything I wanted to hear. When it comes to doing the actual work; he falls WAY short. Seems to me he only cared about the money he wanted to get paid. Seems to care about all the other aspects of my case (i.e. what the other party was paying to their attorney, etc)
It seems like he is taking a blanket tactic to all of his cases. His arguments were lacking substance, this approach was bland. What's worst he told he it would cost me
