Compared to any monthly treatment, your pet is protected nearly 3 times longer with Bravecto. Potentially deadly heartworm disease is a threat no matter where you live. Just one bite from an infected mosquito can transmit larvae to your dog that can eventually cause severe damage-and even death. Nexgard is a beef-flavored, soft, chewable tablet to control flea and tick infestations in dogs.
Dental care is vital to the overall health of any animal. Dental disease can lead to health issues with the heart, liver, and kidneys, and can affect the entire body through the bloodstream. In fact, 80 percent of dogs and 70 percent of cats over three years of age suffer from some form of dental disease, making it the most common pet health issue among our pet population.

Disappointed on our first and certainly last visit. We took our Rabbit to have a lump on the leg to be looked at. The vet examined him and said they would take him to the other room to see if it could be drained. After returning (very quickly) I was advised that it couldn't be drained and was provided an estimate of approx $780 to surgically remove. $125 being to neuter him at the same time if we chose.
Having an uneasy feeling about how quickly they tried to drain it I decided to get a second opinion for piece of mind. Gladly we did as they were able to drain the Cyst and he didn't need surgery

Recently, my only pets are my bantam chickens and yes at times they do need help. Every pet chicken needing medical care has been successfully treated and all are still going strong. I wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else and I live an hour away. Besides being a fantastic avian vet, they are a wildlife rehabilitation drop-off, which I once used for a chickadee I raised until it was old enough to be professionally rehabilitated. I also brought in a huge painted turtle that someone deliberately tried to run over. This staff was willing to operate to save its life. My chickens may not be able

Feathers, Scales, & Tails took my dog in as an emergency appointment after my regular vet suggested I go elsewhere. He was severely ill and I believe he was close to dying. He had vomited close to a dozen times by the time I was able to get him seen. After Dr. Kelleher Made the prompt decision to do bloodwork and X-rays she came back with an explanation of what was making him so ill- a foreign object which my regular vet never thought to check for, instead blaming me for not keeping him on a strict diet. She got him on IV fluids and was able to get the nausea under control. The next morning she

Feathers Scales & Tails is an excellent Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Ryan & Dr. Kelleher and their staff are amazing and have been taking care of our animals for years! Everyone is so efficient, knowledgeable, caring and kind and genuinely care about our pets! Thank you so much for all that you do! You are all very much appreciated by my husband, Tim, and I, and our fur babies!

I always come out super satisfied. I have parakeets and I go here to get their nails and wings clipped. We have 3 kids with disabilities so the doors are always being opened. I opted to get their wings clipped and the staff was super helpful. They taught me how to do it correctly and safely so I can do it on my own. I went back a few times after learning because I was still weary about doing it myself. The staff is very polite and amazing. I love going here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
