First of all, the Burns, lovely human beings. I’ve had the pleasure of serving them from time to time when I worked at a restaurant back in Marshfield! They are some of the warmest people I know. And their staff all around is excellent! I have worked with Kyle the most, and he has been nothing but helpful and understanding every time I have any questions or concerns. I would recommend their business one million times over!!

I reached out to Burns Insurance for motorcycle insurance. I was put in touch with one of their agents Kyle Weik. This was a pretty time sensitive matter for me to get taken care of. Kyle was extremely prompt on the matter getting me several quotes and going into detail what the coverages had to offer. Needless to say he got me a great price and I highly recommend Kyle for any of your insurance needs.

Very poor experience with them in Last week. First off I was basically called a lier by a Kyle due to Mary being a senior agent there and she wouldn’t make a mistake. I cancelled my policy with them due to finding a better rate someplace else after being a loyal on time paying customer for 10 years. Not only was I called a lier he emailed me that my stories are inconsistent. How can you have an inconsistent story to cancelling a policy and why would anyone lie about it?
Well anyway they took the money from my account and it’s like pulling teeth to get it back. This place has gone down hill

Our home just recently backed up with several inches of sewage. Our awesome insurance agent Kyle Weik was right on it. He reassured me that he was going to get everything rolling so we didnt have any delay in getting this cleaned up. He had a cleaning service company over the next morning. I cant thank Kyle and Burns Insurance enough! I can say I would highly recommend them to anybody that likes a hassle free and friendly enviroment!
