Passionate about "taking it outside, " she leads yearly retreats in Mexico, Booty Luv workshops on the West Coast, and teaches Booty Luv at electronic music festivals. In addition to personal training, she teaches a variety of group exercise classes, including Pilates Mat, Yoga, Spinning, X-Cycling, TRX Suspension, and her own Booty Luv class.

I love Heather's classes! A friend kept raving about how amazing her BootyLuv class was and I had to check it out for myself. Heather is upbeat, fun, and she makes you work! I love the music she chooses for class and the way she mixes up the exercises. I'm looking forward to my one-on-one training session with her!

Heather Craig saved me. I know that sounds over the top. But really, she did. I have arthritis in my knee and back and about a year ago I had to have back surgery. When I first started training with her eight months after, I couldn't bend down to tie my own shoes and I was in constant pain. Since my career requires me to be on my feet all day I wasn't sure I'd be able to continue working.

I can not stress enough how delightful Heather Craig is to work with! From one on one training, to her Booty LuvĀ® classes, the variety and quality of her work is exceptional. Heather has taught me so many different exercises and techniques to use that I never get bored. I have seen results in my physical figure, energy level, and my awareness of the body is greater and more mindful. Heather makes exercise FUN and REWARDING, two things it should be!

Heather is a wonderful, supportive and knowlegable trainer--as good as it gets! I hated going to the gym and Heather made me WANT to work out :) I love her group fitness classes, she always has a great attitude, fun music and totally makes you enjoy getting your butt kicked into gear! I would recommend Heather to anyone who wants to get the most out of their workout and have fun while doing it!

Heather is an amazing trainer!!! I am working with her to get into wedding shape and she is transforming my body while keeping me engaged and wanting to come back in for my sessions! I've been working out with Heather for over a month now and already I've seen incredible changes in my body.
I was first introduced to Heather during the Booty Luv class at ME Fitness. After the first class I was hooked. Booty Luv is an awesome combination of dance, Pilates, yoga (plus some other stuff). Heather Craig is an incredibly talented physical trainer and coach. I would recommend her services two-fold. Not only does her knowledge and passion shine through, but her care, commitment and communication have been unmet in my experience in the health and fitness world. I have been motivated and inspired to work hard and to care for myself, as well as seeing incredible progress in my physical well being. I am grateful to know her for certain.
