Critical: Professionalism, Quality
When Dropping off vehicle we had a pretty good idea of what was wrong. After having my car for over 24hr they decided to replace a small luggnut and reiterated the list of problems I'd given them without actually fixing anything on this list of problems Was a complete waste of 2 days and $200.00.
