Good job on the new motor, thanks for the extra wiring and a nice paint job on the engine - it matched the exterior well. Wrong diagnosis, pulled away, problem never fixed, there line was, well if it's not the sensor must be the thermostat, they told me they found my sensor bad. Then they can't fix it for 10 days or so, no apology, nothing. You don't just throw parts at a car and hope you fixed it. They were not helpful at all just took my money and acted like sorry for your luck. Now I see why BBB has not accredited them.

Every time I go here I get great customer service. I had issues with my vehicle last year and was going to another car care establishment and they gave me the run around. I came to snyders and they diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. I will say sometimes I do have to wait a little to get in but that's because they are the best around and everyone wants to go to them. I sometimes have had a long wait in the waiting room but again because they took care of a larger problem they found instead of saying you also need to fix this and rescheduling. AMAZING customer service. I missed my 1st appointment and called the next day, they were still VERY pleasant and got me in right away! They did INCREDIBLE work and had GREAT prices. They were also VERY efficient in doing the repair. They even texted me a few days later to ensure the work was done well and that I was safe! DEFINITELY my new regular mechanics!

Recently moved here from Texas. My water pump broke and needed to be repaired. 2014 Buick Enclave, well maintained and cared for. I didn't want to go to dealership and pay a fortune. I found Snider's and gave them a call. Next day appointment! Awesome. Thorough check of my vehicle and consult before starting service. Came in way under what I feared I'd be charged. Left my car overnight. Picked it up and later that evening had voicemail asking if there were any issues or problems. Don't even get that kind of follow up from dentists or doctors. Will highly recommend to family

Late on a Sunday evening I was driving and my brakes went VERY bad out of nowhere. I did a search for a local shop and found Snider's. The reviews were great (which is why I picked them and wanted to leave a review of my own). I had to leave my van in the lot and keys in the drop box. The next day we got a phone call and an estimate. We ended up just getting all the brakes done for safety, even though they said we still had some time on the front brakes (not much though). I had been having an issue with the traction control on my Explorer for a year. I had it looked at four different times at two different shops with no repair completed. The third shop was the charm!
