In order to fully appreciate the unique experience that each person receives when they come to the office one must first understand the goal when entering a chiropractic office. The KEY is that the purpose of a Chiropractic adjustment is to restore motion to the spine resulting in the patient having increased FUNCTION.
Dr. Licatese was born in Staten Island, New York. He moved to Oswego in 1993, attended Oswego High School, and graduated as a member of the class of 1997. After attending Siena University for a portion of his undergraduate studies, Dr. Licatese returned to the Oswego area and graduated from SUNY Oswego [Summa Cum Laude] with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
A- There is no age limit, old or young, when it comes to treatment. Obviously, the type of treatment rendered is going to be tailored to each patient and there are specific protocols used in the office for infants, the elderly, women who are pregnant etc. The youngest patient I have seen in the office was 5 days old and the oldest is currently 97 years young.

I am a new patient and new to using a Chiropractor. After multiple referrals from co-workers, I decided to make an appointment. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. Dr. Barker is personable and made me feel comfortable. Very informative, but also had a great time conversing about life in general. He did not try to over treat me, which was a relief. Unlike the last doctor I had an appointment with. I left the office feeling better and had a great experience too. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
