I've been here twice, the first time was to neuter my kitten and the second was to have my senior dog checked for a health issue and both times the staff and vet have been very nice and professional. The vet explains things really well unlike some other vets I've been to and they seem to really care about your pet.

So I can only rate this from my one and only experience here with our puppy. So I can’t say they aren’t good but I didn’t have a good experience. They had shorted us 2 days on meds and it was a weekend so we were not able to have 2 days of meds for her. And he immediately said she had distemper we were seen outside on a busy street and he said she was doomed. Just know there is a cure it does need to be treated quickly and aggressively. Not many vets will treat it either and it is expensive. Our puppy didn’t make it in part I feel because of this vet.

Highly disappointed. :’( this was supposed to be an easy spay. Ive never seen or heard of anyone having complications like this. First photo was taken on the day of surgery and last photo 4 weeks later. She was sent home with her incision not closed and has been back here TWICE for staples and now looks like the last photo. We have to go to the emergency vet to get this corrected which is completely ridiculous. We were told it was an “on call” vet, not our usual vet, but we were not notified of this. Apparently spaying can be this tricky. We can’t believe how much time and money this has

Called to get 2 of my cats fixed
the lady over the phone told me it will be $110 + tax each cat or maybe a little more depending on how much medicine they will need as she was making my appointment and as we were getting to the end i mentioned that my cats already went to a different vet for the shots earlier this year
i was put on hold,when she came back i was told i will have to pay extra $40 for examination because they never been there before.
there was no $40 fee before i mentioned that i wont be needing the shots done through them and now its policy
i asked if i would have never mentioned

I'd definitely recommend this place, setting up an appointment was a breeze. I was attended soon as it was time. They are very friendly, professional and handled my dog with extra care even though she is a hand full. They took care of her quickly and gave me all the information I could possibly need. I'm very happy with my experience here. They are also quite affordable. Five stars!:):):)

I’ve been using Baze for almost 10 years back when it was just Dr Baze. When the new doctors came in they updated the place and I think made it more professional. I really like their use of an app now to schedule appointments.
Since Covid they implemented curbside where they come get your pet and take them inside while you wait in your car. I would like to be able to go inside with my dogs and see the doctor in person. My dogs seem to be happy when they come back out but I’m not a big fan of curbside.
Maybe limit it to one person per pet inside. And/or wait in your car until you are called
