Almost four days to do front shocks upper and lower ball joints, the shop is so unprofessional every time I went in there they were working on another vehicle and told me they're having a hard time with mine, when it came to the front end alignment they said their machine was not working properly I wanted to send my truck to unlicensed person/ shop down the road to do my front end alignment I would give this mom-and-pop shop a 0 * if I could do not waste your time extremely unprofessional

Twice I've been towed to Nick's. Initially I needed a battery which was done quickly and effectively. The second time was my fault. I had been hospitalized and didn't start my car on the coldest day and it drained the battery completely dead. Nick's did something called a 24 hour drip and my car ran good as new. The front office is kind and works with you and they offer very fair pricing. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experiences with Nick's.

Great people, great service. The owner and his wife were more than friendly and accommodating. We were in dire straits. Camping at Yankee Springs, our explorer developed serious issues. We were stuck and NO ONE within a 30 mile radius would help us. Every repair shop was booked solid into the following week. Nick understood our plight and slipped us in first thing the next day. A true God send. Thank you Nick.
