I ordered 3 desktop canvas prints as gifts and was so excited about these. Received today and what a disappointment. The picture is very dark and super grainy, its hard to make out the faces. What makes it desktop is the kick stand at the back of the canvas (like a regular frame would be) however this piece of cardboard was just glued to the back… and it looks like a 1st graders project, not professional looking at all. I have ordered from Canvas in the past but this time the product did not live up the Canvas name and expectation. I would not call this "Premium Desktop Canvas". ☹

The shipment came in damaged, I requested a reprint, provided photos of damaged canvas and they assured me it would be delivered in time for the day I needed it. I even paid the extra fee for faster production time and 3 different people on LiveChat assured me I would get it by Friday December 17, I check order tracking and it is showing a Monday… Delivery. I have never had issues with this company but in this case, I believe I could have at least been offered the option for faster shipping even if I had to pay for it. Now I'm trying to ask them for a solution and the best they can do is

I typically get nervous ordering custom orders cause my pictures never turn out correctly. The seller would usually kick my request back stating, "Your picture doesn't have enough pixels or high resolution...etc" However, whenever I ordered the canvas' from Canvas On Demand, they did not kick back my request. The custom design was very user friendly. I actually enjoyed my ordering and designing process with them through their website. We ordered (2) canvas' from them. Professional photographer here. Canvas on Demand is a total win on two major accounts. First, I've ordered literally HUNDREDS of canvases from them. Fast delivery, great pricing, high product quality, and amazing image quality. Having ordered this many, it goes without saying I may have encountered a few issues over the years- I can think of maybe… 5 times. That's one heck of service record, in my book. The best part is that EVERY SINGLE TIME I have had an issue with the results of a delivered canvas, COD Pro has gone well above and beyond to (a) listen and then immediately correct the issue

This was the first time trying Canvas On Demand but definitely won't be the last!! I am just so pleased at my picture. My son drew the picture of hands holding the mane of a horse. I just purchased my 6th metal print. It’s gorgeous, glossy, and high quality like the others. Looks beautiful on the wall! I like that the site tells you whether an image works *before* you order: just upload and make sure the image quality is “good” for the selected size. We are now lifelong customers. Highly recommend!
