I have been a customer of Josh for many years. Him and his staff at PGH Print Ship are completely amazing. Response are fast, product turn around is fast, and their attention to detail is spot on. Whenever I have questions the answers are given to the exact answer and usually with other options I may want. I couldn’t ask for any one better to print my work. My partner and I ordered our wedding invitations through PGH Print Ship. They were very responsive, and the product was amazing and shipped in time.
We initially went through this process with an online company a friend recommended, and the invitations were terrible. So glad that we switched gears and supported PGH Print Ship, a local small business in our own neighborhood of Etna!

Josh and his team are amazing! I've had lots of different products printed at Pgh Print Ship for the past few years (and back when it was a different name). The prices here can't be beat and the quality is consistently great. I have gotten the following items printed here: handbills, postcards, yard signs, wine labels, foamcore signs, and many, many concert posters. I liked when they were located in Bloomfield, because it was convenient to where I live. When I asked about picking up an order recently, they told me they now offer free delivery and it would arrive on the same day. That

I had an giclee print done from Josh .. not only did the print turn out great, the price was reasonable, and the turnaround time was so fast! My picture was delivered within 2 days from paying my invoice. I would’ve highly recommended this company!!

The people working at the shop were nice and friendly however, they displayed some serious communication issues not only with myself and my fiance but also amongst themselves. After explaining what we needed printed, we received an email essentially asking us for all of the information on what we wanted several days after going to the shop. The proof that was sent to us had a misspelling and after assuring us it was fixed, the prints all still had the misspelling. Finally to make things worse, when picking up the corrected prints, they gave me 30 less than what I paid for. The only saving grace

Everyone at Flower City is amazing and they really know their stuff. Josh is professional and knows his stuff. CJ is a great graphic designer and Patrick is pleasant and always so helpful.
My business cards look great and they were so easy to work with for my son's Bar Mitzvah. They are doing all of the work! Definitely on top of their game!

Absolutely perfect. What I needed printed, the original one was too big for the printer so one of the guys there took a high resolution photo, uploaded it to the computer then printed and laminated it. That’s what I like in a business, when they don’t just say “oh yeah we can’t do it” and actually get creative with how to satisfy the customer. They went above and beyond for a gift for friends and I couldn’t be happier. Fair price, great work, will return.

I wish I could give them more than five stars. Our family suffered a sudden and traumatic loss & the staff at Flower City Printmakers were so patient and accommodating with designing our loved one's funeral program. The prices and turnaround time were excellent. Without their help, we would not have had a program at all. Our entire family was impressed with the design that captured their spirit so well. A special shout out to the graphic artist, JC, who was able to deal with three sisters giving him input simultaneously!! He was the absolute best! Thank you all !
