The good part about The Grove is the location, the grounds are well kept, the cleaning staff do their jobs, I could have a package delivered and not worry if someone would steal it, I could take a walk at 2 a.m. and feel safe, nice size washer and dryer, the bell, air and heat could be controlled by phone.Its safe but not child friendly because instead of a playground, there is gym equipment outside everywhere that kids play on anyway.
The original staff was cool and more professional. The new and current staff is rude. They were actually mad that I wanted to cancel my amenity package due to Covid

Definitely don’t recommend living here unless you get a 4th floor unit. I moved here in June and I’m ready to leave already. It’s extremely noisy on the first floor. Not only are the walls paper thin, but I can hear the upstairs unit floors creak every time they walk which I don’t understand since each unit has carpet. It’s worst in my bedroom. It wakes me up out of my sleep. There’s no package room just a book shelf in the hallway that they keep the packages in. Other than that, the property grounds are maintained well and the cleaning staff are always cleaning. It’s a family friendly
