Tim Stull Constructions started improving homes in Frederick over 20 years ago. It started with the small things, hanging drapes, new wallpaper, or painting a room. Over the years the projects have increased in size, and complexity, but our dedication to the highest quality craftsmanship remains the same.
Our goal is to build and maintain homes in such a way that the least amount of effort is required by the home owner, at the time of service, and long down the road. We want you to walk in your front door and feel like you are walking into a work of art you helped design. If you are looking for low-carbon footprint improvements and upgrades, we can help with that as well.

Services
For years we have been specializing in making old homes look new again, but more than that we pride ourselves on doing this without affecting the true historic value of the home. We have the skills, and tools necessary to refinish flooring or existing wood work. If that's not an option we can make custom replica woodwork to repair damage to your historic home.
Sometimes the historic look you want doesn't always have the amenities you need. Our experience with both green construction and historic renovation can be combined to help you create the one of a kind look you want with the conveniences you need. The details are what take your home from nice to impressive.
We will gladly answer any question we can. In some cases it is easier for us to get information via a phone call so please provide a phone number so that we can respond to your question as quickly as possible. We are located in Frederick, MD but depending on the size of the project we will work outside of the area as time permits.
