Absolutely amazing and I wish I'd gone sooner but one of their family members was disparaging them. They had a sushi/Asian restaurant down in South Daytona Port Orange area that went under. The family member did. May be jealous. Anyway the food was absolutely delightful and we will be back sooner than later. No wonder they get five stars. They deserve it. Highly recommended and considering that ormond beach and Daytona Beach are pretty much a desert for decent food places, this is a diamond in the rough. Five stars all the way around.

63 Sovereign is a hidden gem in Ormond Beach. Great ambiance, spectacular cuisine, and a well curated wine list combine for a fantastic dining experience. Reservations are a must because of its small size, but rest assured that’s the only thing small about this place. It’s a great place to have a special night, or a special event, but I would not recommend it for people dining with kids.

This was a great find. Great staff, really nice atmosphere in a cozy converted house. We sat at the bar but all of the table seating is super cute. The bartender was excellent and lots of options not seen other places. We had the truffle mushroom flatbread and it was amazing! Definitely going back for dinner!

The oysters were super tasty. We had a second order. The encrusted salmon was cooked to perfection - one of the best I have ever eaten. A small, quaint, friendly atmosphere . Reusing paper menus is not optimal in this time of health awareness - ours were soiled. We will definitely return because the food was exceptional.

We came here on New Year's Eve, and the meal was delicious. Despite being a busy holiday, the ambiance was cozy and chill. We really enjoyed the eclectic menu. The gnocchi was rich and delicious. I had to bring half home. My husband got the filet, and it was on point!

This location is hit or miss, the service was not good the waitress messed up two of our orders. I think it may have been on purpose as she took the order directly in front of us. The food we did order was quite good. We definitely did not enjoy the curry in the rolls this was a terrible decision by the chefs, it overwhelmed the subtle flavors that are naturally occurring in sushi. The wings and Bao buns were quite good. The deserts also need to be looked at. There were no good obvious choices.

Lovely spot visiting the Ormond Beach area.
Love the modern and fresh decor and friendly staff.

Great wine list and cocktails (espresso martinis is a must)

Inventive dishes-Loved the Thai Tuna Sushi Roll.

Amazing dessert! Get the bread pudding-it's made with cream cheese and-OMG-amazing!

They put a lot of love into everything they do here.

We shall return.

I'm a big fan of restaurants who look to push the envelope of flavors...always interesting to see what you will experience. I started with the Pork Belly Bao Buns (2) and for me they were just OK. Not a lot of flavors I normally experience with this dish and the Teriyaki pork belly was not as tender as it should have been. The Bolognese dish was an experience...don't expect "Little Italy" flavors with this dish. The beef masked most of the tomato flavors and was extremely thick. I liked the different flavor but for a Bolognese it wasn't my favorite.

Very impressed with the menu, quality of food, and the exceptional service. Our waiter Matthew was attentive, knowledgeable, and fast! I love that the waiters all work together to help service the clientele and it truly felt like a joint effort to maintain the seamless, yet energetic flow.

P.S. I especially loved their Truffle Flatbread and the Espresso Martini. The drink menu is phenomenal and I'm curious to see how all the other cocktails pair with their unique (and very tasty menu). Will def be back!

This used to be an order of pork belly Bao Bun (3). I order it without the rice flour bun. They crisp the 1" cuts of pork belly adorned with similarly grilled pineapple. It's served with a sweet/savory teriyaki drizzle, garnished with baby watercress and flower petals - all with the grace of a Moscow ballet.

Sorry, my photo of an empty plate did not upload.

We ended up at 63-S by accident! After having a reservation at the 31Club down the street and leaving because they didn't have any vegetarian items, except a few side dishes. The host at 63-S was kind enough to seat us without a reservation at a nice table outside on the patio.

Our server was prompt and attentive and the food was really, really good!
We started with drinks and I had the Pomegranate Martini (on the rocks, because I stink at drinking out of a martini glass), it was excellent!

For food, we started with the truffle flatbread, which was probably my favorite item on the menu

Adorable place, fun atmosphere, & great staff! My friends and I ordered the charcuterie board and it was fantastic! I ordered the black berry press mocktail and it was great. My friends ordered several rounds of the black berry press cocktails and this drink that looked like a sunset (cannot remember the name). Unfortunately when it came to the actual meals all 5 of us were disappointed. Three ordered the Gouda burger, one ordered the So-Cal tacos and I ordered a pork belly and fish & chips Bao bun and fries. The fries were burned across the board for everyone, we all were disappointed in portion

We came for anniversary dinner while visiting Daytona/Ormond area and it did not disappoint! The service was exceptional, and the place is very cozy and romantic or great for catching up with friends. The best of all was the food. Drinks were perfect and they accommodated both my needs (vegetarian) and husband’s hefty appetite. We started with the sweet potato sushi rolls, moved onto the tuna tartare, and ended with Bao buns (zucchini and mahi) as well as vegetarian fried rice (very greasy but delicious). The experience was 5 stars and they even gave us an anniversary card signed by entire staff

Absolutely charming place with super delicious food! We ordered lots of small plates, including ceviche, white truffle flatbread, sunomono salad, Bao Bun Trio, and each one was uniquely tasty. The presentation was beautiful too. Our 3 kids enjoyed the Leslie Chow. The portions were plenty. Great Mojitos!! Impeccable service too! We were lucky to stumble upon this place during our stay here.

Great atmosphere and service sat outside but will sit inside next time because of the roar of the occasional Harley interrupting your conversation forgot what the drink in the picture was but it was very refreshing little slice of heaven!

If you come here hungry get a large plate. I made the mistake of getting a few small things and it wasn't very filling. Most items on the menu have either fish or something fried but they are delicious! My waitress was extremely nice and helpful with recommendations and the ambiance is super cozy. You really feel your like at someone's house.

This spot is pretty damn good! The food was great, overall. That being said, the only thing I would recommend is adding something to the Falafel Bao Bun as far as flavor goes. Outside of that, this is a great place for couples and small groups. If you enjoy Wine, they have a great selection for you. They also have several vegetarian options available as well. Great atmosphere with a great staff. Our server Jeff is amazing.

First the atmosphere here was delightful as well as our server Matthew.
Great wine deals on happy hour and we recommend the TrainWreck.
Bao buns delicious
Tower of seafood was good but we felt not worth the money. Next time oysters oysters oysters as they were delicious especially with that champagne vinegarette.
French fries were not homemade as we were told.
